1. THE ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENT

By accessing AK Digital Guides (the "Foundry"), you are transitioning from a passive consumer to an active observer of agentic orchestration. These Terms govern your use of the intellectual property, technical briefings, and strategic frameworks provided herein. If you do not align with the pursuit of sovereignty in the 2026 Efficiency Reset, cease use of this node immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DEPLOYMENT

All content—including "The Sovereignty Manifesto," "The Army of Ten" framework, and all Technical Briefings (001, 002, etc.)—is the proprietary intelligence of AK Digital.

• Personal License: Purchase of a Technical Briefing grants you a single-user license for personal or internal business deployment.

• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the prompt architectures or "Weaver" logic without express written authorization from the Architect.

3. THE "EFFICIENCY RESET" DISCLAIMER

The Foundry provides high-level market intelligence and agentic protocols. However, the 2026 digital economy is volatile.

• No Guarantees: While these protocols are designed for $5k/month orchestration vacuums, AK Digital does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

• Responsibility: You are the Architect of your own Value-Engine. Success depends on your intent and execution.

4. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Foundry or our Payhip storefront for any user engaged in "leeching" behavior, unauthorized scraping, or digital hostility that undermines the Sovereignty ecosystem.

5. EXTERNAL NODES (PAYHIP & MEDIUM)

Transactions are processed via Payhip. Your use of their checkout system is subject to their independent security protocols. AK Digital is not liable for third-party platform interruptions.

6. GOVERNING LOGIC

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Architect operates, optimized for the globalized, decentralized landscape of 2026.
